Forage is a styled mobile cart experience company based in Salt Lake City, offering mimosa bars, Bloody Mary bars, and custom cart experiences for private events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. We're known for bringing a beautifully curated, elevated experience to every event — and we need a couple of great people to help us do it.

We're building our Forage Cart Crew: a small, team of Event Assistants who help make Forage events run seamlessly and look stunning.

This is a great fit if you:

• Love events, people, and a fast-paced few hours of satisfying work

• Have a great eye for detail and love the behind-the-scenes hustle that makes a gorgeous event look effortless

• Are looking foroccasional extra income

• Take pride in representing a brand with care and professionalism

What You'll Do

• Help unload, set up, and break down the Forage cart at events (requires lifting up to 50 lbs)

• Restock and organize supplies during the event

• Capture photos and content during events for Forage's marketing (shot list provided — no photography experience required, just a good eye and a smartphone)

• Provide friendly, professional guest-facing support as needed

Note: Alcohol service is performed by the Forage owner only — this role does not include serving or pouring alcohol

The Details

• Pay: $20/hour + a share of tips, when applicable

• Hours: Typically 4–5 hours per event

• Frequency: A few events per month, no set weekly schedule

• Location: Salt Lake City and surrounding areas

• Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Dress code: All black — clean, comfortable, and ready to move

• Food Handler's Permit: A valid Utah food handler's permit is required. Contractors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own permit. (If you don't have one, they're quick and inexpensive to obtain at utahfoodhandler.com.)

Honest Heads-Up

Forage is a growing business and we want to be upfront: event volume is still building, so some months may be lighter than others, especially early on. We're looking for people who are excited about the brand, flexible about frequency, and in it for the long haul as we grow. If you need guaranteed hours every week, this probably isn't the right fit — but if you love the idea of being part of something fun and growing, we'd love to meet you.
